Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I send my order to someone else? Can it be sent as a gift?

Certainly! When you are ready to Checkout, you will be directed to Paypal to complete your order.  In Paypal, enter the shipping address for your desired recipient. Paypal also allows you to send a 'Note to Seller' where you can request that we not include the invoice in the package, or to add a handwritten gift note to your recipient at no extra charge.

2. How soon will I get my order?

We generally ship the following business day after receipt of your order from the Houston, TX metro area via USPS Mail, with exception of Christian and US holidays. US locations should receive their order within 3-5 business days, Canada and Mexico locations in 6-10 business days, and other international locations in 6-14 business days.

3. Do we make our oil according to the formula in Ex 30:23-24?

No, we don’t for good reason. In verse 33 of that same chapter it says: “Whoever compounds any like it, or whoever puts it on an outsider, shall be cut off from his people.” We realize there are many interpretations of this verse, but we observe that prohibition.

4. Where did we get the inspiration for our fragrances?

All our fragrances are Biblically based — please click here to be redirected to the Products page for further information about each fragrance and where they are found in Scripture.

5. Does the oil come from Israel?

No, the very first few times anointing oil was used, it was used outside of Israel. The first was when Jacob used it in Genesis 28:18. The second time was when Moses made fragranced oil under the direction of the Lord in order to anoint the Tabernacle in the Wilderness as well as Aaron and his sons to establish the priesthood. We bless God because the power is in His anointing, not the source of the oil.

6. Has this oil been blessed?

Yes. Our prayer team makes each batch and blesses it. We particularly pray that God’s kingdom will be advanced and that He alone gets the glory for answered prayers. In addition to our blessing, many people choose to have it blessed again by their own clergy. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable—the more prayer and blessing, the better!

Returns

Returns are accepted for any reason on unused items in original condition for up to 30 days. Return postage must be paid by the customer.

Damaged merchandise may be returned for up to 60 days for credit or replacement at the company’s discretion. Return postage will be paid by the company.

For those interested in selling our biblical scents and anointing oils in their store, Every Good Gift has additional products just for you and at a discount.

To be considered for wholesale pricing, you will need to create a login and password first, then submit our application along with a copy of your business license to us via mail, fax or email.
